Safety Statement Templates, when we issue a new one its usually in response to a
request from a Client. In this case we had a request for a Duct Cleaning Safety
Statement Template.
The Duct Cleaning Safety Statement Template is now
available for download on the home page. A Preview of the new Safety Statement
Template can be viewed here. As with all of our other Safety Statement Templates, it
has the common items such as First Aid, Fire, Accident reporting, Manager and
Employee Responsibilities, etc. The specific risk assessments that have been
added to the Safety Statement Template for Duct Cleaning are: Hazardous
Substances, Duct Cleaning, Ladders, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms,
Legionairres, General Health hazards, etc.
